Among them are Poderi Einaudi and Conti Costanti, renowned producers of Barolo DOCG and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, respectively.

Neil and Maria Empson established Empson & Co in 1972, determined to find premium quality producers throughout the boot-shaped peninsula. Thanks to their unique empathic abilities mixed with a business-oriented strategy, the Empsons managed to establish deep and strong connections with top wine producers, becoming America’s trusted purveyor of the finest Italian wine brands.

To pay homage to each of its historic partners, and to celebrate anniversaries of 30, 40, and 50 years of collaboration, Empson will host a Portfolio Tasting in New York City at Locanda Verde on October 17th, 2022.

Wine producers from the Empson portfolio will travel to New York, from Italy, to present their wines at the event – a symbol of their enduring relationships with the import company. The list of wineries celebrating with Empson is as follows:

• 40 years of collaboration with Gaudio Bricco Mondalino, Monte Antico, Poderi Boscarelli and Poderi Marcarini
